Former THE CULT Singer IAN ASTBURY Working On Solo Material

In between appearances with the DOORS 21ST CENTURY, former THE CULT frontman Ian Astbury has also been busying himself working on solo material with STROKES producer Gordon Raphael in London, according to www.tourdates.co.uk. Members of Gordon's own band BLACK LIGHT and London's C33X have reportedly been drafted in to supply Ronson-esque guitar licks and ZEPPELIN grooves to the project. No release date or label information has yet been made available.
